Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Record details of customers’ purchase orders
• Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Process all customer purchases accordingly
• Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Use sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Proficiency in English
