RSM is hiring for the role of FAO Associate 2!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable: Processing and record bills, PO matching.
- Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries.
- Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors, and resolving purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies.
- Creating new vendors including W9 and 1099 management.
- Managing client-shared email boxes, replying to vendor inquiries, and responding to client inquiries and requests.
