Factory / Production Manager Job in Rewari at Bos-jrg Automotive Systems Private Limited

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Supervise all production, quality and manufacturing operations within one or multiple facilities. Implement all rules and policies to all factory workers and ensure them that they follow every regulation.
• Preserve customer satisfaction by ensuring quality products in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Logistics to ensure raw material inventory is maintained to be able to fulfill weekly production.
• Ensure on-time deliveries to customers, in accordance with Supply Chain Coordinator.
• Ensure that the production lines are in the optimum conditions, complying with BOS-JV standard requirements.
• Coordinate the built and development of the first prototypes samples together with the Launch Manager; to ensure timely delivery of pieces, according to the timelines established by the BOS/JV or the costumer.
• Full participation in project forums or/and meetings with the Launch Manager to ensure all activities related to the industrialization / launch planning for internal BOS/JV or customer events are fully covered.
• Ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers; they take responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory may it be good or bad.
• Prepare the necessary information to be able to successfully attend the audits by the client and internally.
• Review the performance of the staff and provide support to ensure continuous success.
• Responsible for overlooking the factory´s finances, cost KPI´s indicatos.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to avoid major line stoppages due to machinery/equipment failure.
• Maintain line stoppage in case of safety, quality and / or machinery failure problem. Request the purchase or spare parts and/or modifications necessary for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory and legal requirements regarding quality, environmentaland applicable safety, according to the matrix of roles and responsibilities corresponding to eachsystem.
• Request external and internal training.
• Maintain BOS-JV Safety Cross free of near-miss/incident/accidents.
• Ensures good relationships among the workers
