Adani Group is hiring for the role of Factory Medical Officer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure implementation/follow  policies /procedure/SOP 
• Facilitate medical surveillance of employees on continual basis
• Implement active systems & processes for meeting the statutory / welfare oriented health activities at plant/township
• Implement and monitoring health care services/ initiatives 
• Conduct periodic health surveillance
• Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines – Periodical Medical Examination & Follow-up
• Maintain Soft solutions  data
• Conduct regular rounds in plant to develop new initiatives
• Liaison with statutory bodies at local site
• Provide all emergency services at plant and township on 24*7 basis
• Provide preventive and curative health care services at plant and township 
• Train para medical staff on treatment procedures
• Train employees on First Aid
• Implement 5 S at OHC and Health centre
• Implement and maintain IMS

Requirements:

• M B B S with Associate Fellow in Industrial Health (AFIH)
