Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and operational plans to align with organizational goals. 
• Production Oversight: Manage and oversee all factory operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective production of products to meet customer demand. 
• Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor the factory workforce, including supervisors and staff, and manage performance. 
• Quality & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. 
• Process Improvement: Analyse manufacturing data, identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity. 
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, supply chain, quality control, and sales departments to streamline operations and achieve objectives. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the factory complies with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. 
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards. 
• Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills. 
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and solve complex problems to identify areas for improvement. 
• Methodologies: Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for reporting and collaboration. 

Essential Abilities
