Facility Manager (Admin & Factory Support) Job in Bhiwandi at Lucky-tech Membranes Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative and facility operations within the factory premises.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities (plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.).
• Manage housekeeping, security, and pantry staff to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure utilities (water, power, AC, etc.) function efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of office/factory supplies and place orders as needed.
• Monitor and report issues related to infrastructure and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers for repairs and services.
• Assist in compliance with health, safety, and statutory guidelines within the premises.
• Keep records of facility expenses and vendor contracts.

Key Skills:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with factory operations and infrastructure is preferred.
• Ability to handle vendors and coordinate with internal departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 12th pass with relevant experience (Graduates will be an added advantage).
• Prior experience in managing factory facilities or administrative tasks.
• Comfortable working in an industrial/factory environment
