• Computer & Digital Skills - MS Excel – data analysis, maintenance logs, reporting, dashboards.
• MS PowerPoint – preparation of presentations, facility performance reports, and audit findings.
• MS Word – documentation, contracts, policies, and reports.
• Email and digital communication tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, generators, etc.
