UPS is hiring for the role of F&A Senior Admin Assistant! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis as it is raised for vendor management team.

• Should have good communication and writing skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Decision making skills
• Multi-tasking and able to handle high volumes
• Ability to work in a team and individually with internal customer
• If fresher should have sound accounting knowledge. And if experience AP experience is must
