Expense Audit Analyst Job in Bengaluru at NetApp

NetApp is hiring for the role of Expense Audit Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Audit T&E expense reports to ensure compliance with Global T&E Policy, finance, legal, and procurement policies.
• Manage corporate credit card administration: review card applications, follow up on delinquent accounts, and handle transaction feeds.
• Liaise with credit card issuers on applications, statements, cardholder queries, and reconciliations.
• Support payroll deduction or refund processes associated with card usage.
• Reconcile monthly corporate card statements.
• Maintain and update vendor master data: supplier banking information, payment methods, terms, tax codes, holds, etc.
• Handle help-desk queries related to I2P, cards, and vendor master.
• Provide ongoing support and coordination across different I2P domains to ensure process integrity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience auditing employee expense reports is desirable.
• Alternatively, international travel experience (booking flights, hotels, car rentals, making payments) is a plus.
