Honeywell is hiring for the role of Exp Manufacturing Technician!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- DELL server Installation (Installation of the Operating System)
- Installation of Experion MX R72x, Configuration and Maintenance
- Installation of Labview and license application
- Installation of Microsoft SQL Server 2019
- Network switch configuration
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of the Experion system
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders
- Programming of PLDs, Online and Offline programming using the programming tools
- Functional testing of products and cabinets
- Electronic card-level testing
- Labelling and packaging of the product
- Adherence to BIQ
- Adherence to SOS and other QMS/ISO processes
- To meet the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Production Plan
- Faulty finding, Analysis, and Repairing of the in-process rejected/faulty electric and electromechanical parts
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical with 2-3 years experience. Specialist Skills in Honeywell Experion System.
- Effective communication with his fellow workers and supervisor.
Technical and production procedure understanding
Basic understanding of the product, a basic understanding of schematics/drawing - Troubleshooting and maintenance of the server and Experion system
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office - Word, and Excel preferred
