EXL is hiring for the role of Executives!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• AR knowledge in Cash apps
• Research-oriented, should have an understanding of how credit and debit entries are effected in the books of accounts
• Responsible for timely and accurate application of customer’s payments to their accounts in ERP
• Review daily bank reports to identify customer payments from customers
• Apply payments in ERP to customer invoices where necessary and post them on account as unapplied cash where they don't match intended invoices
• Ensure SLA targets are achieved
• Minimum 0-2 year of Accounts Receivables experience

Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external contacts.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, including MS Excel for data management, Word for document creation, and Outlook for communication.
• Time Management and Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organize tasks, ensuring productivity and meeting deadlines.
• Confidentiality: Understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information and data.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
