Area of Responsibility

• Analyze functional and technical specifications of software and understand the documentation requirements. ∙ Research, design, illustrate, write, revise, and edit high quality and user-friendly documentation and interactive manuals for end users to teach them how to operate and maintain the software developed by the company. 
• Design and develop PDF-based documents, Online Help, Knowledge Base, and Frequently Asked Questions for internal and external audiences of the company. 
• Design and implement new learning tools or knowledge dissemination tools to promote products in the target markets. 
• Must be able to take technical information and translate it for consumers who have non-technical backgrounds. ∙ Create detailed instructions that are precise at every step so that they are useful for others to follow. 
• Must be able to think about a procedure or product in the way that a person without technical experience would think about it.
