Lowe's is hiring for the role of Tax Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Classification of Imported Goods: Accurately determine the appropriate HTS codes for imported merchandise by thoroughly analyzing product specifications, compositions, and functionalities.
• Compliance Management: Stay up-to-date with the latest Customs regulations, trade agreements, and rulings to ensure proper tariff classification, valuation, and country of origin determinations.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all classification decisions, supporting documents, and communication with relevant authorities, in accordance with Customs requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in International Trade or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and Customs regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of product classifications efficiently.
