Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract candidates.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk and volume hiring.
• Proven experience in sales hiring is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Should speak Tamil and other regional language.
