StayVista is hiring for the role of Executive - Talent Acquisition!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Work with the hiring managers to align and create job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and job portals (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn).
  • Responsible for effectively managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Manage employment branding and engagement initiatives.
  • Perform sourcing and screening to fill open positions within TAT and budget.
  • Define interview and selection procedures for different levels
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience by engaging till candidates join the company
  • Assist in employee retention and development activities

Requirements: 

  • Proficient in the use of different job portals.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skills"
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage with other stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
  • Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in talent acquisition is a must.
