Executive: Supply Chain Management Job in Gurgaon at Jindal Stainless Limited

Jindal Stainless Limited is hiring for the role of Executive: Supply Chain Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Update the customer on their order status to enable them to have effective planning.
• Review customer's FG against orders on a daily basis and get the dispatch clearances.
• Update on Raw Material status against booked order for effective planning.
• Follow up for getting order acceptance on OA.
• Coordinate with PPC to process orders, Logistics for Dispatches, Quality to review RM suitability, F&A for all commercial activities, RM related communication to CMP.
• Monitor POP daily for order execution, processing, dispatch, short close, and RM Status updating.
• Monitor aged orders> 60 days or commitment lapsed orders to clear them from POP by taking appropriate action.
• Monitor & clear non-moving FG & SFG stock to prevent it from getting aged further.
• Monitor & take up with PPC & Quality for the remarks mentioned by them in the stock report to keep them updated to enable concern to take a proper disposable decision
• Respond to customer queries & follow up for overdue & payments pending by customers with CAMs / Customers for hassle-free dispatches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Master of Business Administration - MBA 
• 1+ years of experience
