About this Job
IndiaMart is hiring for the role of Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- The position holder will be an individual contributor
- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefits from IndiaMART
- Ensure products/services in the client’s e-catalogue are accurately defined
- Prompt resolution of client complaints
- Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow-up & time bound closures
- 10-12 meaningful telephone/video calls with clients
Requirements:
- Any graduation, or MBA/PGDM
- Customer Acquisition, Customer Service, Voice Processing, calling, telesales, inside sales, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Banking Relationships, Agency Relationship Management, and Customer Handling.
- Experience Range: 1 - 5 years
