Executive – Site Acquisition Job in Jaipur at DY Infrastructure & Projects Private Limited (DYIP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential sites for telecom infrastructure based on network expansion needs.
• Conduct site visits to assess suitability, including technical feasibility and compliance with zoning regulations.
• Prepare and present site evaluation reports with recommendations.
• Negotiate lease terms with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.
• Draft and finalize lease agreements, ensuring all terms are compliant with company policies and legal standards.
• Coordinate with legal teams to review and approve lease documents.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local, state, and federal authorities.
• Ensure all site acquisitions comply with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Liaise with municipal and governmental agencies to facilitate the permitting process.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of new sites into the network.
• Track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of site acquisition activities.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of site acquisition processes and decisions.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the site acquisition process.
• Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Address concerns and queries from property owners and other stakeholders promptly.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in site acquisition.
• Analyse competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on market insights and site acquisition performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in related fields preferred/Freshers can also apply
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Strong understanding of Telecommunication equipment
• Ability to understand local laws and guidelines issued by regulatory authorities (DOT, MC etc)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
