Indiamart is hiring for the role of Executive/Senior Executive (Client Acquisition)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations.
- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefits from IndiaMART.
- Ensure products/services in the client’s e-catalog are accurately defined.
- Develop prospects and sales funnel via maintaining daily inputs amongst pre-identified data sets given by the organization.
- Listen and understand the business contexts of clients.
- Assist with sales closure over tele & video calls on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Any graduation, or MBA/PGDM
- Customer acquisition skills
- Customer service knowledge
- Voice processing knowledge
- Customer handling skills
