Della Group is hiring for the role of Executive- Sales & Marketing!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identify potential members who prequalify for membership.
- Convert leads into prospects and conduct sales interviews.
- Follow up for global interviews.
- Follow up for payments.
- Manage members' life cycle.
- Circulate all information to potential members through WhatsApp messages and other mediums.
- Achieve telecalling targets.
- Handle interactions and complete coordination with all members pre-, during, and post any DLC event.
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Freshers or individuals with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Ability to communicate membership benefits with clarity and a professional, positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and managing leads.
- Availability to travel when needed.
