Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Executive - Sales Commercial!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services required for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in vendor negotiations and ensure timely preparation and processing of agreements and purchase orders (POs).
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Corporate Accounts, Taxation, SSC, Branches, IT, and Finance for daily commercial activities.
• Maintain vendor account hygiene by monitoring open advances, open GRs, and ensuring no-due certificates from vendors.
• Handle monthly provisions and track outstanding vendor-related items.
• Coordinate with Marketing Warehouse, Divisional, and Sales Commercial teams for timely dispatch of marketing collaterals.
• Prepare and share MIS reports related to marketing collateral dispatches and vendor transactions.
• Support brand teams in various marketing activities such as product launches, activations, and events.
• Monitor marketing spend and highlight deviations or exceptions to budget.
• Track and report cost variations between budgeted and actual spends.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports relevant to commercial and brand hierarchy.
• Ensure PO and invoice processing within defined SLAs.
• Manage and update data accurately in SAP and ensure timely responses to internal/external queries.

Requirements:

• Qualification:  Any graduate (any batch).
• Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts or Commercial functions (preferred).
  • Experience with SAP ERP is an added advantage.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting logic and financial processes.
• Behavioral Skills:
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
