Executive- Regulatory Reporting Job in Gurgaon at Macquarie Group

MACQUAIRE is hiring for the role of Executive- Regulatory Reporting!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for preparing and conducting preliminary reviews of Macquarie's regulatory obligations to the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).
• Your primary focus will be on critical reporting activities associated with regulatory capital and risk-weighted assets (RWAs).
• You will assist in driving change initiatives across the team, such as process improvements and data analytics.
• You will also stay up to date with regulatory consultations and help interpret and communicate regulatory requirements.
• Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing operational risks from a control assurance perspective and sharing knowledge through cross-training and team learning.

Requirements:

• Academic background in financial or accounting degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Regulatory knowledge and experience in capital and RWA are essential.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members and key internal clients including Compliance, Systems team, and business unit finance teams.
• Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion.
• Experience in process improvement using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Robotics would be advantageous.
