Executive - Quality & Environmental Job in Delhi at Deutsche Bahn

• Develop, implement, and assess activities for the establishment and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Management Systems
• Ensure compliance with various requirements, including legal regulations, standards, and other applicable guidelines
• Establish clear guidelines for quality checks and standards to be followed
• Regularly update the Quality Management System (QMS) with information about incidents, resolutions, and enhancements
• Manage and uphold procedures, documentation, and information sharing, while monitoring their adherence to Quality and Environmental standards
• Oversee internal audit processes to verify compliance
• Handle environmental compliance within the organization, offering recommendations for clean-up, reclamation, and waste management procedures
• Report environmental incidents, such as internal spills, external releases, potential permit violations, and scheduled regulatory inspections
• Prepare for and conduct management reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of Quality and Environmental Management Systems

Requirements:

• Hold a graduate degree
• Accumulate 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills
• Capable of effective communication both internally and externally
• Possess auditing skills, with a certification in auditing being preferable
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of ISO standards
• Display comprehension of environmental requirements
• Familiar with local regulations related to Environment and Quality
