Job Description:

• Sampling and analysis of raw milk tankers as per the sampling plan with compliance to safety measures
• Maintaining the hygiene of sampling tools along with storage in hypo solution following the procedure 
• Analysis and documentation of raw milk samples for various plateform tests like Fat, CLR, Acidity, Alcohol, Adulterations, Preservatives, Neutralisers, Chenna, Paneer, Antibiotics, Aflatoxin, MBRT, Protein, Ash, RM Value, PV, BR test, FFA etc. 
• Analysis of Skimmed milk, Pasteurised milk, Cream for Fat, CLR, Acidity, Alcohol and temp.
• Milk standardization to provide smooth operation to the production team 
• Analysis of RM and FG samples for Protein and Ash test
• Sampling and analysis of inprocess and FG samples of Butter, Ghee and its documentation
• Prepartion of composite samples, analysis and maintaining the record of composite samples
• Hands on chemical analysis of Inprocess material , RM and FG independently -titrations and proximate analysis, experience on nutritional powders will be 
• Supporting and coordination with production team during batch preparation, release of raw and standardise milk
