Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Drive digital consumer experience for in-house and customer products, including web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp.
• Use digital measurement framework as a guide to build products and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal, business, and external stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of digital products.
• Optimize digital touchpoints across properties for defined KPIs such as conversion rates, page views, and installs.
• Digitize experience by launching features and enhancing user experience.
• Drive digital KPIs through AB testing, multivariate testing, personalized features, and products.
• Use analytics tools to effectively measure, analyze, and quantify the impact of all products, features, and use cases to educate relevant stakeholders.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports of competition benchmarking to discover and share findings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, commercial, and revenue teams to improvise digital products and offerings.
• Work closely with the tech and design team to deliver product implementation.

Requirements :

• Experience with AB testing, multivariate testing, and personalized features
• Strong understanding of the web, mobile app, chatbot, and WhatsApp technologies
• Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
• Experience in competition benchmarking and market analysis
• Proficiency in digital measurement frameworks and analytics tools
