EXL is hiring for the role of Executive - Payment Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Following every aspect of SOP without fail.
• Completing received Audits with Quality.
• Achieving Quality and production target.
• Following project-related protocols and instructions.
• Escalating issues, and identifying trends.
• Updating all the logs like productivity, Clarification log, and any other logs applicable on a daily basis.
• Checking with Assistant Manager /Lead Assistant Manager/Manager in case of clarifications.
• Ensuring 100% adherence to compliance with HIPAA, and OIG.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master of Degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy
• CPC, CRCCCS, RHIT or RHIA (*inpatient), CRC, COC, CIC, CCS
• Experience: 2+ years’ of coding/auditing experience on HCC- Risk Adjustment
• Communication Skill: Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Working Hours: 8 hours
• Telecommuter/Internet requirements
• Skills and abilities: Computer literate (MS, Word, Excel, Access)
• Strong personal and professional ethics
