Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Follow up with RCM/Depot/HO, Filing Legal Case, Insurance Claim - Monetary Claim and Active Cases (MIS submission to insurance company), Insurance Claim - Upload documents.
- Follow up/E-mail Response, Customer Calling, Security deposit/balance refund - Closure of Customer, SMS/Email Updation for Sales team, Channel Finance / Monthly Dr note/ Follow up, Overdue Interest, Knocking off, Advance Excel.
- Work closely with support functions including Sales team, Legal, Insurance
- Manage collection.
- Execute desired program (Buddy, Backup), Self-Development
