About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
  • Handle the queries and concerns of the Sellers.
  • Voice support.
  • Nature of calls are inbound.
  • Tagging the calls on the portal with details.   

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems, such as CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.

Office Timing:

  • 6 days a week, Operations, rotational off.
