Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and quality control. Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Work closely with these teams to identify and address operational challenges, implement process improvements, and achieve business goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operational metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and order fulfillment rates. Generate reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency enhancement and propose innovative solutions. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize operational performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Customer Feedback Analysis: Monitor customer feedback channels, such as surveys and online reviews, to gain insights into customer preferences, pain points, and satisfaction levels. Utilize this feedback to drive improvements in products, services, and operational processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.

Office timing:

6 Days working, Rotational Off

Rotational shift for 9hrs between 8AM - 9PM
