DHL is hiring for the position of Executive- Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage warehouse operations, ensuring the delivery of high service levels by network procedures and defined standards.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch management according to agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Serve as the single point of contact from DHL for day-to-day coordination with customers, directly engaging with them.
• Maintain a comprehensive awareness of warehouse activities and take necessary actions to meet company targets and standards.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve both service and performance Turnaround Time (TAT) while effectively managing costs.
• Demonstrate a proactive management style, anticipating customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Take full accountability for regular cycle counts, monthly wall-to-wall counts, and subsequent stock reconciliation to achieve agreed-upon stock accuracy with the client.
• Introduce Continuous Improvement Programs to enhance operational efficiency and adapt to the growing scope of work.
• To possess strong financial acumen, correlating financial numbers to warehouse operations.
• Lead in planning the total operation, managing potential problem areas, and initiating remedial action related to warehousing and transportation.
• Operate effectively in a high-pressure, changing environment, addressing demands from both internal and external customers regionally.
