Executive - Operation Control Center(Crew Control) Job in Gurgaon at IndiGo

IndiGo is hiring for the role of Executive - Operation Control Center(Crew Control)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure all crew comply with the Indigo FDTL Scheme and with the IndiGo Fatigue risk management policy Ensure all crew are legal and current to fly and cover and Ensure all IndiGo flights are crewed to the correct crew complement 
• Ensure IVR calls are handled with utmost professionalism and any escalated matter is immediately brought to the knowledge of the shift manager. 
• Keep Crew logistics always updated about any urgent pickup/ hotel requirement and follow up as required 
• Prepare an overview of the daily operation 
• Act on any aircraft delays/diversion/operational change quickly and efficiently 
• Feedback of any roster issues to Duty Manager-Crew control
• Explore new functionalities in AIMS software that may help reduce the workload on the desk and improve the working efficiency of the team. 
• Responsible and accountable for identifying safety risks by the risk assessment process and ensuring that adequate risk mitigation steps are appropriately implemented to ascertain safety within the workplace. 
• Ensure that FDTL, company policy, process, and guidelines are being always followed about crew control & logistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in crew control or airline operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and crew duty limitations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in crew control operations.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle stressful situations effectively.
