Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Executive N - Administration!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Allot batching of various raw materials to operators based on production requirements.
• Ensure batching is done in the correct quantities and in the right sequence, especially for water-based paints.
• Schedule batching activities efficiently to avoid any disruption in production schedules.
• Monitor new bulk raw material receipts and ensure they are stored in the correct allotted locations.
• Check for shortages in raw material receipts and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain stock accuracy by ensuring correct quantities are issued to different departments.
• Oversee and implement 5S activities in the godown, ensuring operators adhere to 5S standards.
• Collect and analyze data to identify and implement improvement opportunities in batching operations.
• Ensure smooth and timely processing of bills and resolve any related issues.
• Ensure no bills remain pending for more than 60 days and maintain written records for freight claims.
• Confirm all batches within the same shift and ensure no batch requisitions are pending.
• Update and maintain ISO-related documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Senior Manager – Plant Administration and Manager – Plant Accounts for batching operations.
• Liaise with other plants and the Corporate Materials team to support material flow and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com or MBA in Operations, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
