Executive - Merchant Acquisition Job in Delhi at Mad Men Marketing

About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create the intern pool from multiple colleges with a logical system of screening

2. Work on creating your own team of interns and creating workflow delivery systems to manage and monitor their work

3. Create a sales strategy to acquire businesses as merchants across the country

4. Verify & connect with comprehensive sales databases of the prospective clientele

5. Research subject matter, competitors, industry, and target audience

6. Create marketplace audits & proposals before initiating actuals sales interactions

7. Initiate interaction with prospective clients through email/calls

8. Fix up meetings with these clients using the pool of interns and ensure the acquisition of merchants in multiple geographies

9. Increase the reach of the marketplace in businesses across multiple categories

10. Host the virtual meetings and work towards hand-holding and closures of these prospective clients

11. Convert and onboard new merchants as per the targets assigned to the individual and team of interns assigned to them

12. Hand over the merchants to the customer relationship team and help serve the same

13. Complete assignments on time and work within tight deadlines

14. Send progress updates to supervisor(s) daily

15. Maintain databases and meet daily/weekly targets efficiently

16. Respond to feedback in a timely manner

Salary

Annual CTC:

3 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
