Jindal Stainless Limited is hiring for the role of Executive (Materials)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for the entire Procure to Pay Process.
• Release daily purchase orders by maintaining accuracy while creating and verifying purchase order information to include proper product quantities, pricing, and shipping instructions.
• Monitor the daily purchase requisitions and create purchase orders with minimum lead time to ensure on-time delivery of material at the site.
• Constant follow-up for quotation and material in order to maintain an accurate delivery schedule.
• Understand of global commodities market, its cost drivers & frequently changing economic scenarios.
• Analyze and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.
• Negotiate contracts, improved prices, and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation by studying the market
• Intelligence of different commodities.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
• Explore alternate sources for goods and materials.
• Maintain work TAT for procure to pay cycle.
