Larsen and Toubro is hiring for the Executive - Legal!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts, Joint Ventures, Consortiums, Service provider agreements, MSA, and SLAs
- Reviewing Invitation to bids (ITB), Request for Proposals (RFP), and advice the business team on key risks
- Handling litigation and Arbitration and responding to legal notices including NCL, Criminal, and Civil matters. etc.
- Interacting with internal teams and external legal counsels
- Co-ordinating with Solicitors & Advocates
Requirements:
- Graduation in Law
- BL, LLB
