Deloitte is hiring for the role of Executive- IT Recruiter (T&T) - FTE!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcomes, and generate results.
• Maintain Compliance and confidentiality across the process.
• Preparation of recruitment dashboards
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Communicate openly and on time throughout the candidate's journey while ensuring the candidate's needs are met.
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements are used
• Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis of internal parity.
• Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.
• Keeping Candidates warm with various engagements till they join and ensuring the best candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
• Lead, coach, and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition
• Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for IT Hiring.
• MBA (HR) from a reputed institute.
• Experience in a similar field
• Able to form effective relationships at all levels of business.
• A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.
• Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical skills, good business understanding
