Executive - Indirect Taxation Job in Chennai at HCM

HCM is hiring for the role of Executive - Indirect Taxation!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for maintaining documentation as required under GST / Customs / DGFT compliance.
• Ensuring Export documentation & Export incentives in close co-ordination with CHA & Forwarders.
• Handling Customs documentation on availing Duty drawback Benefits / Export Incentives.
• Support filing of application for EPCG/ Advance Authorization/ SCOMET license.
• Support filing of GST returns.
• Working knowledge on HSN classifications / Foreign Trade Policy / FTA may be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Graduate with accounting background /ACA (inter)/ CWA (inter)
• Good Communication Skills
• Self – Starter and hard working
• Willingness to work with Strict deadlines
• Very good Analytical Skills
• Experience in handling GST / Customs / DGFT authorities
• Efficient handling of Customs & Tax documentation
• Handling Export Incentives / Advance, EPCG authorizations
• Working knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage
• Very Good working knowledge in Excel is a must
• Ability to prepare and handle reconciliations of books is an essential must.
