Mahindra is hiring for the role of Executive - Indirect Buying!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Procurement of Cutting Tools & Tooling as per Customer Requirement for Production [Procurement to Pay Cycle] with optimum Cost, Quality & Delivery.
- Right Source Selection, Negotiation, Price Finalization, Annual Rate Contracts (ARC)- Implementation / Renewal.
- Benchmark with other industries to create Vendor Basket and identification of Alternate vendors.
- Indirect Materials Inventory Management – Auto scheduling, Levels finalisation, analysis of consumption pattern.
- Support Maintenance Teams for operational effectiveness of equipment thru external Services like Calibrations, Repairs & Retrofitting.
- IT Utilization of Latest Trends in Procurement Practices
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, Inspection, Accounts & Suppliers.
- Effective Implementation of Cost Savings & Synergy Initiatives
- Involvement in Digital Initiatives
