Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Have working experience in the area of Risk Management
• Display strong analytical skills in work performed
• Provide excellent customer-oriented service to internal teams by guiding and offering the most appropriate process solutions
• Adapt quickly to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Maintain appropriate SLAs as required by the process
• Work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple activities, and coordinate with seniors and managers
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Deliver work on time with no/minimal errors
• Be proactive in communication, with the ability to document and convey the results of conflicts
• Commit to self-development, understanding strengths and weaknesses, showing self-confidence, and demonstrating a sound work ethic
• Work efficiently with teams across different geographies, connecting with counterparties globally
• Assist in compliance-related assignments as needed from time to time

Requirements:

• Graduate/Master Degree of any discipline
• Must have minimum 1 year experience in Compliance and Risk Management
• Strong Command over English both spoken and written as a language.
