Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Executive I - Distribution!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying and driving the improvement action plans for the SDOFR and OFR promises for the regions. The improvement plans can range from regular coordination with stakeholders, and best practices/processes to Kaizens, projects, etc.
• Creation of deliveries for critical SKUs / Upload of critical SKUs in SAP for dispatches from plant and TL considering coverage and low stock SKUs to ensure service levels.
• Regular monitoring of stock outs and low stocks and actioning on low stocks cases by coordinating with plant /CFA team/transporters /OBL team/production planning to ensure service levels
• Coordinate with plant admin team / commercial team/purchase product team / TL operations team to ensure timely dispatches of stocks and critical SKUs.
• Keep a tab on stock-outs, sale loss, and ALS and ensure servicing to depots on time and in full.
• Ensuring adequate dispatches from dispatch centers so as to ensure the smooth operations at the DCs.
• Keep a tab on old stocks at plants and allocate to sales depots as per alignment with the sales team.
• Work on Executive development projects assigned in the area of new initiatives or systemic changes/data
