Sharda Motor Industries Limited is hiring for the role of Executive (Human Resource)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure right system followed at ground related with attendance & over time workings recording for both Staff, Workers & Contract labors.
- Ensure that the manufacturing lines are running without any manpower issue.
- Control and fulfillment of manpower as per requirement.
- Ensure the adequate technical / skilled manpower pool for critical operations like welding, Tool & Die
Requirements:
- 3 years - 6 years
- Statutory Laws like Labor laws (PF, ESI ): Safety Laws, Factories Act, Contractor Labor Act, ID Act
- Knowledge of handling Labor in the Plant.
