Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited is hiring for the role of Executive – HR (Onboarding)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct Joining Formalities of new entrants.
- Assure proper documentation of NewJoinerss.
- Interact with newly selected employees to explain to them the company policies and business.
- Responsible for the induction of new entrants into the organization.
- Prepare induction schedule in coordination with all the functional heads of departments.
- Coordinate for conducting the Parichayprograme (Induction programe)
- Send data to payroll for personal file management
- Create mail ID, coordination for Laptop, seating arrangement, stationary, and landline.
- Arrange the ID cards/ access cards.
- Issue the Welcome kit to the New Joiners
Requirements:
- Strong process orientation
- Willingness to work in variable timings
- Good communication skills
- Any graduate or MBA / diploma in HR
