Executive - Health Insurance Job in Gurugram at Viaansh Insurance Brokers

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their health insurance needs and requirements, and develop customized executive health insurance plans.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and brokers to identify and select appropriate health insurance plans and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Manage the implementation of executive health insurance plans, including enrollment, communication, and ongoing administration.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of executive health insurance plans, including analyzing claims data and trends, and identifying areas for cost containment and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients and brokers regarding executive health insurance plans, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations for plan adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in the health insurance industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-4 years of experience in health insurance, with a focus on executive-level clients.
• In-depth knowledge of health insurance policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and information and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Working days:

• 6 days working, 2nd Saturday off
