NIIT is hiring for the role of Executive-Global Sourcing!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Need to ensure fulfillment of sourcing requirements. Sourcing includes search, screening, shortlisting, Offer letter release, and candidate registration on Tecknowhive.
- Responsible for vendor faculty management.
- Responsible for Student Engagement.
- BFSI Batches Monitoring- Timely batch launch calendar, scheduling/Rescheduling and correct mapping of faculty in eNCORE.
- Ensure timely batch attendance marking, Feedback & Online appraisal conduct.
- Reporting and MIS On time.
- Complete & accurate Provisioning before month end, Faculty Utilization report before month ends
- Upkeep of details/Trainings/Certifications/ Agreements/Rates etc in the Faculty Master Sheet.
- Getting complete and accurate joining documents from centres within 3 weeks of batch start Getting 100% acknowledgement copies from offer received learners on or before DOJ, Sharing joining status on DOJ and thereafter.

- Good communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven desire for success
