Sathguru Management Consultants is hiring for the role of Executive – Finance & Accounts!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting of the organization.
• Ensuring that all the statutory compliances with regards to Direct Taxes and indirect Taxes are complied to, which include remittances and filings.
• Prepare and maintain a strong Management Information System to see that proper dissemination of the financial information happens to the stake holders, both internal and external.
• Periodic finalization of the accounts, Corporate as well as non-profit organization accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of the budget for the organizations so that projections do not go wrong and proper fund management happens
• Liaising with Banks, Statutory agencies, and external and internal auditors.
• Woking Capital Management
• Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of relevant with exposure to all the functions of Accounting & Finance of a mid-sized company (preferably a software company)
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Possess strong knowledge and exposure to Organizational processes and procedures
• Should have personally engaged in streamlining the processes of the Finance & Accounting function.
• Should have contributed significantly to process improvements in previous engagements.
• Should be capable of multi-tasking and be a quick learner.
• Should have worked in a mid sized decently structured organization handling multiple entities.
