Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Executive- Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and process all domestic vendor payments
• Coordinate with banks and internal user departments for smooth processing
• Ensure timely execution of payments with complete and accurate documentation
• Adhere to applicable regulatory and internal policy guidelines
• Handle documentation related to interest rates, fixed deposits, and banking instruments
• Generate and maintain reports for rate bookings
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping for accounting and audit purposes
• Perform reconciliation of bank accounts for domestic transactions
• Track debit advices, bank charges, and ensure proper accounting entries
• Liaise with the finance team to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain MIS for all domestic treasury functions
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance reports to banks and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of domestic banking operations and payment processes
• Familiarity with financial documentation and regulatory compliance
• ERP system proficiency
• Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
