MakeMyTrip is hiring for the role of Executive - Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform daily reconciliation of sales and purchases to guarantee precision in financial records.
• Monitor daily collections with the bank to effectively track and manage financial transactions.
• Regularly reconcile customer accounts for B2B partners, promptly addressing any discrepancies that arise.
• Verify and reconcile the company's financial books against actual records on a routine basis.
• Handle daily queries efficiently, addressing inquiries related to GST, TDS, and collections.
• In case of exceptions, such as discrepancies in sales, purchases, or collections, make journal entries to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Requirements:

• B.com graduates, with an MBA in finance, who possess 1-3 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounts, and demonstrate a ready-to-learn attitude
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• The ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and make recommendations based on analysis
• Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, and great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
• High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude
