Executive Finance Job in Mahad at Piramal Group

Piramal Group is hiring for the role of Executive- Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee month closing activities, reporting of critical performance reports as regards opex, variances & commentaries. Managing completion of group reporting work (MIS) within the global timelines ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all group reporting deliverables
• Overseeing the process, monitoring and approval of all Payables and Receivables, go through the site Trial Balance to resolve any irregular items
• Working closely with GBSS & Site operations team to support the business to achieve its financial results through top-line growth, effective cost management and compliance with corporate financial procedures
• Debtors control, closely follow up with GBSS & respective BD team to control overdue. Coordination with legal team for closure of bad debt
• Key support for the preparation of annual business plan, budgets, rolling forecasts and comparison of actuals with budgets
• Support Site controller for analysis of capex & profitability of new products. Review of CWIP schedules & regular follow up with internal stakeholders for timely closure of CERs & capitalization of assets
• Inventory Control - To keep a track of inventories of FG, SFG & RM at the sites. Analysis of non-moving/slow moving inventories & co-ordination for their disposal.
• Support for driving internal audit and statutory audit for the entity and co-ordination with the audit teams to ensure timely completion of audits. Preparation of schedules for quarterly audits as per requirement.   
• Implementation of internal guidelines/SOPs for better control
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
• Assist in the implementation of finance transformation projects with a key focus on Automation

Requirements:

• MBA Finance, CMA(Inter), CA(Inter)
• Microsoft Office, SAP
