Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and maintain relationships with distributors, serving as the primary point of contact for all distributor-related matters.
• Address and resolve distributor inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to distributors.
• Analyze distributor performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance distributor engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with distributors to discuss performance, feedback, and business opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of distributor programs and incentives to drive sales and performance.
• Prepare and present reports on distributor performance and relationship management to senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience Range: 1-3 years
• Educational Qualifications: Any Graduation
