ABB Group is hiring for the role of Executive Diploma Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handling Field Service Engineer activities for LV inverters ranging from 1 KW to 2 MW customers throughout India
• Supporting customers, field installations, commissioning all related ABB products-
• Typical customers like end-users, Channel Partner, EPC’s
• Providing field service expertise, service execution and build relationships with users
• Resolving inverter issues, hardware, firmware, applications as needed
• Building customer confidence and easing customer experience by supporting Our Drives supplied
• Collaborating with sales and services teams to build relationships and support new projects with customers

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Instrumentation
• Attitude and ability to learn and execute quickly
• Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, scope and priorities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team to solve complex problems
• Demonstrates a high level of self-belief and motivation. Shows drive and ambition for broader responsibility
